1. What furniture is in my apartment?
Equipment: Dishwasher, Disposal, Washer/Dryer, Refrigerator, Range, Microwave.
Furniture: 1 Couch, 1 End-table, 1 Chair, 1 Entertainment Center, 1 Cocktail Table, Bar Stools, 1 Built-In-Desk, 1 Desk Chair, 1 Four-Drawer Dresser, 1 Full Size Bed, Built-in Shelving Units in bedroom.

2. Do you allow pets and what are the fees?
Yes. We allow cats and dogs less than 75lbs. There are some breed restrictions on dogs. There is a $300 non-refundable pet fee for each registered pet and a $15 monthly pet rent fee for each pet.

3. Do you have storage?
Yes. Each apartment has a lockable storage room outside their apartment.

4. How do I pay rent and when is it due?
Rent is due on the first of every month. We allow a 5 day grace period. Rent that is not received in our office by end of business on the 5th will be assessed a late fee. You can pay by check or money order at the management office. Credit cards can be used for an additional fee. Rent is considered to be paid when received by the office regardless of the postmark date. We do not accept cash or post-dated checks.

5. Do you have assigned parking?
Each resident at Sunchase is provided a parking pass (first come - first serve). If you park illegally, towing is enforced at your expense.

6. How does the renewal deadline work?
We pre-lease our apartments, so every year we set a renewal deadline for our current residents. You must come into the office and sign a renewal contract by the deadline in order to remain in your apartment the following year. If you do not renew, you will be scheduled to move out of your apartment at the end of your current lease.

7. Are we allowed to hang pictures?
Yes, decorative pictures/posters can be hung on the walls. Please do not use the sticky putty to hang anything. It is difficult to remove residue from walls and you could incur charges at move-out for removal.

8. Are we allowed to paint our walls?
With approval from Management, residents are allowed to paint their walls as long as they paint the walls back to the original color when they move out.

9. Who do I call if I get towed?
We use A&B Towing.

Any vehicle parked illegally, even with a sticker, can be towed at any time without notice to the vehicle owner's expense. Vehicles must park in one space only. No sideways or diagonal parking is permitted. Unfortunately towing is necessary to keep fire and traffic lanes clear.
