Looking to sublet your room? Our roommate connection forum is the perfect place to list your room for rent. Rent is due at the first of each month, you do have a grace period of 5 days and on the 6th day of the month a 5% late fee is assessed.
Sunchase has a dedicated ECU transit bus that picks up several times an hour. We also provide Pirate Express which takes you to and from Downtown Thursday through Saturday night!
